In the busyness of life, it is easy to overlook the small things. A garden holds numerous wonders. It is important to slow town, unwind, and observe. There is beauty all around us, and if we  focus om the small things, life become more enriched.

Morning is my favorite time to relish the wonders of the garden. It is in the early morning hours when the garden is still moist with the dew from the night befofe. The pollinators greet the new day, busily doing the important work assigned to them. The morning air is cool and crisp. The gently morning breeze is an invitation to move with ease and become a part of growing things. The sun, not yet high in the sky ,casts a gentle glow on the greenery, ground and glorious flowers. As the morning warms, the garden becomes alive.

There are just a few things that you can find to be meditative practices:

1.     Pollinators – bees and butterflies create a sense of calm

2.     Water -produces a healing and cleansing of the mind and spirit

3.     Seeds -offer hope for a new day

When I walk through my garden, or rest in it for a while, I am grateful to ldwell in the quiet and meditative garden spaces. There I can refresh, renew and replenish the person who can easily be overooked ,amd overworked. You too can find beauty in the small things as you meditatively  mend yourself in the beauty of small things.
